The week of activities begins at Central Middle School, where the Elementary Music Performance (Rotation 1C) is taking place in CMS Performing Arts Center. The show begins at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 28
The Eden Prairie boys basketball team is looking to rebound from their loss on Friday to 10th-ranked Edina. The Eagles travel to Minneapolis South for a matchup with the Gallant Tigers. Opening tip is at 7 p.m.
The Eagles boys 10 and JV basketball teams will also play their games at South with start times at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., respectively.
The Eden Prairie High School jazz band is in concert at the Performing Art Center. Showtime is at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, March 1
Coming off their regular season finale win over Edina on Friday, the fifth-ranked Eden Prairie girls basketball team enters the quarterfinals of the section playoffs, facing Edina yet again. Tipoff for the No. 2-seed Eagles and No.7-seed Hornets is set for 7 p.m. in the main gym at Eden Prairie High School.
Thursday, March 2
The Eden Prairie boys swimming and diving team qualified 14 swimmers and one diver to advance to the state meet at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center on the University of Minnesota campus. Competition begins Thursday and continues through Saturday. For more information visit the MSHSL website.

Friday, March 3
The state wrestling championships continue at Xcel Energy Center with the first round and quarterfinal round of individual competition. Nine Eden Prairie wrestlers have qualified for the state tournament and begin their competition on Friday. For more information, visit the MSHSL website.

The girls basketball Section 2AAAA playoffs continue with semifinal-round action. The winner of (2) Eden Prairie vs. (7) Edina takes on the winner of (3) Prior Lake vs. (6) Shakopee. Should the Eagles win Thursday’s game against Edina, they will host the semifinal matchup at Eden Prairie High School. Tipoff time is TBA.
